All rocks used in Hyve jewelry are natural and carefully selected for their beauty and uniqueness. We guarantee that all our rocks and materials are free from asbestos and other harmful substances. Our rocks are proudly sourced from Brazil.
We recommend gentle cleaning with a soft cloth and avoiding exposure to harsh chemicals or extreme temperatures.
Delivery
times vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen. We aim to
process and dispatch orders within 1-2 business days. Once dispatched, delivery
times are estimated as follows:
- Australia: 3-7 business days
- International: 7-14 business days
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging, and the return request must be made within 14 days of delivery. Returns are only accepted for defective or incorrect items. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for detailed instructions and conditions.
