Hyve Return and Refund Policy

Introduction
At Hyve, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. However, due to the nature of our products, we have strict return and refund policies to protect our business.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in the original packaging.
- The return request must be made within 14 days of the delivery date.


Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including:
-Custom or personalized orders.
- Final sale items.
- Gift cards.
- Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged.
Reasons for Return:
Returns will only be accepted for the following reasons:
- The item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

- The item is incorrect due to a mistake on our part.

5. Return Process
If your return meets the eligibility criteria, follow these steps:
1. Contact our customer service team at info@hyvejewels.com with your order number and details about the product you wish to return.
2. Our team will review your request and, if approved, will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.
3. Pack the item securely in the original packaging and include all original materials.
4. Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.
5. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team. You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item.

6. Inspection and Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item. If the item meets our return criteria, we will process your refund. Please note:
- Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- A restocking fee of 10% may apply.


7. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact our customer service team at info@hyvejewels.com.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@hyvejewels.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
